He is Risen.

So We can Keep Rising.

Today I share an important word of inspiration and encouragement to family and believers of God in Christ that may be finding themselves feeling stunted, stalled, or stopped in unbelief, self-doubt, fear, and anxiety.

During times of transition and change in our world it can start to feel challenging to hold tight to our faith that the promises of God will prevail in our lives and this world. We know what the word of God says. We know what the spirit of God has said to us about us and about our world, but very often our lived experience lands us in a
place where we start to wonder if and when God’s promises shall begin to manifest.

I write today to encourage you in the knowing that the very doubt and questioning of if, when and how we will begin to see God’s word come to life, is the foundation of our faith journey. For if we never found ourselves in a place of question and doubt, then there would be no access point for God to reveal himself in our lives and this world.

I affirm for you today, that when you find yourself asking God when, how and wondering if God still sees you as worthy of his promises; know this is your resurrection invitation. It is at this very point that God wants you to increase your expectancy and invite him to stand up and affirm his word.

It is in this moment where you begin to get God’s attention and it is in these moments that I encourage you to stand on biblical principal
and remind yourself and affirm to God the knowing that you have been redeemed from the curses of this world through Jesus Christ.

As it reads in Galatians 3:13 “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:”

As Children of God and Followers of Christ we have been redeemed from the curses: verbal, written, proscribed, enculturated, and projected onto our life and existence. For we are free from having to base our life and living on the personality, ego, politics, and conditions that are the “trees” of this world.

As the world literally turns itself to accommodate the worst aspects of man’s lower self, We the Children of God and Followers of Christ
Jesus have been made free from the whims of this world.

So, when you find yourself beat down by the world accommodating the worst aspects of man’s lower self. Disrespected by the ways of man. Siloed and isolated by the oppressive and exploitative opportunistic cultures of this world; remember you have and hold the power of resurrection and in that moment is when God calls you to rise.

For as we are reminded in 2nd Corinthians 4:14 “Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus and
shall present us with you.”
You, as a child of God; you as an heir of
salvation, you as a follower of Christ have the inheritance of resurrection to rise out of any and every situation that seeks to steal, kill and destroy your God given promise of peace, prosperity and an abundant eternal life.

Galatians 2:20 instructs us to decree to ourselves and this world that “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

For we have already been crucified with Christ. And as such, we have also been invited into resurrection with Christ. And when we dare, stand upon our authority in God and Christ and claim our resurrection and rise; Romans 8:11 is activated. And no matter the situation, circumstance or what is taking place in the world environment, God as the author and finisher of our
faith and as he who raised up Christ, shall bring life to our mortal bodies.

Romans 8:11

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your
mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

That includes our mind, our emotions, and every resource our bodies rely upon to exist in this world. God will refresh it. God will restore it. God will raise it up.

So, the next time you find yourself doubting, questioning, and wondering where, when, if and how God will show up; recognize that this is Christ’s invitation to resurrection being extended to you through you.

Take it as a reminder that Christ has already risen and therefore you have the authority and power within you to rise.
